

In 2015, he moved to Galveston, Texas to complete his anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He stayed in the city of Houston to complete his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston followed by a general surgery internship at Baylor College of Medicine. Khoury began his many years of education at the University of Houston where he earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering. Khoury has worked alongside peers in his field with patients to help them achieve a high quality of life.ĭr. With multiple publications of his own research and several years of volunteer work, Dr. Khoury also utilizes his skill set as an anesthesiologist to implement a robust ketamine infusion protocol for intractable pain conditions.

Khoury has extensive experience in minimally invasive techniques to treat pain at the source, including kyphoplasty, dorsal root ganglion and dorsal column spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, intrathecal pump therapy and indirect lumbar decompression for spinal stenosis. He is the founder of Advanced Spine and Pain Specialists in the Woodlands, Texas, and has a passion for treating various chronic pain conditions.
